Minecraft videos meets motion design
I used to spend all my free time making videos with After Effects, and then I discovered Minecraft. This game is a huge time sink but worth it on so many levels. It's a game I love because it promotes creativity and having a curious mindset. I remember being mind blown at the beginning when I imagined the billion of things I could make. I played relentlessly for 2 years. But I eventually got bored of it and decided to do videos with it. I hopped back on After Effects and made an introduction for my new Youtube channel:
My first minecraft video was a huge success (150K Youtube views). I found a creative way to use Youtube to make videos interactive.
I'm such a Minecraft fan I went to Minecon (the big annual minecraft conference) in Paris Disneyland where I met some other great youtubers (including Sethbling and the FarLanders).
My videos have accumulated 250K views and 5000 subscribers. This was enough to get a contract with a publisher to start monetize my content, so I did. My Dispensir videos keep bringing passive revenues.
With the profit I made I was able to buy a ticket to the annual Minecon (the minecraft conference) in Paris Disneyland where I met some other great youtubers (including Sethbling and the FarLanders).
Here's an other video I did for a new redstone update:
